Annual subscriptions to AccessPrivacy.ca are available on a per office location basis.  All prices are in CDN dollars.

• 1 to 2 users per office location. $699/year plus HST
• 3 users per office location. $999/year plus HST
• 4 to 6 users per office location. $1399/year plus HST

If the subscription is being purchased on behalf of a Ministry of a provincial or territorial government (other than Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador), HST will not be charged.

If the subscription is being purchased on behalf of a government entity other than a Ministry of a provincial or territorial government, HST will be charged. We will gladly refund the HST upon receipt, within 5 days of your purchase, of a document certifying that the subscription is being purchased by a government entity that is not subject to the HST. Please fax the certificate to Administrator, AccessPrivacy.ca at 1-866-245-4044.

Risk Free Examination
We are offering a 7-day risk-free examination of our service. Full pre-payment is required.  If you are not satisfied with the service, e-mail your request to cancel the service to info@accessprivacy.ca within seven calendar days of purchasing a subscription, and we will refund your payment.

Methods of Payment
We accept both VISA and Mastercard (your transaction will be processed immediately).  Alternatively, we accept payment by cheque.  The mailing address will be e-mailed to you upon sign-up.
