Heenan Blaikie's AccessPrivacy Information law group regularly advises corporations, government and broader public sector clients on the increasingly complex issues raised by Ontario's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (M/FIPPA) as well as the Federal Access to Information Act (ATIA) and the Privacy Act (PA).
